We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds
We offer refunds only for:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrectly labeled or wrong items received.

To request a refund:


1. Email us at getflyroyale@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
2. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as all our products are made on demand. If you're unsure about sizing, refer to the sizing chart available on each product page.

If an item was mislabeled, contact us at getflyroyale@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Damages and Issues

Shipping Policy for Returns
- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Unclaimed shipments or those with insufficient addresses will be returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs after providing an updated address.

How to Start a Return

2. Log in to your account:
   - Enter your email and follow the verification process.
3. Select the order and items you wish to return.
4. Provide a return reason and note.
5. Submit the return request.
